Development collaborator and facilitator

We collaborate with you, your team or organisation to develop an agreed plan and approach to achieve and assess developmental change in any sector.  We facilitate agreement and partnership among diverse teams about complex change processes and partnerships.  We design and evaluate programs which seek to contribute to developmental change.

Our development approach

Our approach supports groups of people to prepare for, navigate and reflect on the processes associated with developmental change.  In particular, we apply a deep understanding about the connection between cultural values and the ways that change happens.  We also focus on the link between capacity, change and performance.  We draw on decades of practical experience, teaching and research, to inform the way we work.

Our training

We run training programs to raise awareness about cultural value differences (between communities, organisations and countries) and their influence on how change happens.  We also mentor individuals and teams.
